Somatic Breathwork

Somatic breathwork is a very popular and effective practice that releases physical and emotional stress and embodies self-regulation greatly reducing the cumulative effects of stress that are known to cause sickness and disease. It is a mind/body exercise that finds where the stress is 'trapped' and held in your body. Then, through guided instructions, you are lead through a process of releasing the trapped emotional and physical stresses, replacing them with positivity and a vibrant energy reclaiming a state of peace and self-empowerment that enhances health and wellbeing. It can be done as a personal one-on-one session or in groups

Between technology, a fast paced life and information overload, our bod y collects and stores tremendous amounts of physical and emotional stress and toxins. Through somatic breathwork we discover the areas where our body holds those stresses and can therefore release them
